Faculty Development Internal Funding Opportunities

Faculty Development Grants

Updated July 22, 2026

½ñÈÕ´ó¹Ï's Faculty Development Grant Program supports faculty participation in high-quality professional development opportunities that advance teaching, scholarship, creative activity, and service. Funding is available to assist full-time faculty with participation in domestic and international conferences as either an attendee or presenter.

Because funds are limited, awards are made on a competitive basis. Priority consideration is given to faculty presenting discipline-specific scholarly or creative work, early-career faculty (those employed at ½ñÈÕ´ó¹Ï for three years or less), and activities that demonstrate a clear benefit to the faculty member's professional development and the University's academic mission through research dissemination, professional collaboration, and institutional visibility.

Eligible faculty may receive up to two Faculty Development Grants per academic year, subject to the availability of funds.
